Training Programs



Cleburne Fitness Center's Training
is much more than a series of sessions. It's a physical, psychological, and emotional experience. Every program is customized to address your unique fitness profile, enabling you to increase your fitness level as defined in partnership with your coach.

Step four - RE-ASSESS

 

We offer both One-One Training and Team Training. To find out the best option for you, we will start with an Assessement and go from there.

 

8 Week Programs

Each quarter of the year, we will offer some sort of 6-8 week program (bootcamps). We will offer a variety of options; from intense rounds of metabolic and strength training, to sport specific, age specific, equipment specific, or activity specific.
